Being more connected than ever through education and preparation

This grant will purchase a smart screen device, used to help better prepare and equip community members during a natural disaster.


Cawarral Rural Fire Brigade is a volunteer brigade which has been helping the local communities of Cawarral and Mount Chalmers for over 64 years. The brigade services around 630 community members, and responds to an average of 800 call outs per annum.

They're committed to being the first on the ground and the last to leave, connecting people and playing a positive role within the community, as well as providing community relief and education.
