Funded 2013 by Aus Post

Sensory Garden Improvements

The funds will pay for café style umbrellas to create shade for locals to enjoy the community Sensory Garden which allows people to experience different smells, textures, sounds and colours.

The Eastern Goldfields Community Centre assists people with disabilities, the frail aged and well-aged with programs and services to remain living as independently as possible in their own homes. The Sensory Garden is located close to the public library which encourages interaction between the younger and older generations in the community.
