Lifting the participation of people from CALD background in Workforce
Funds will help build a supportive, inclusive environment for people from refugee and CALD backgrounds to enter and stay in the workforce.
Emo Community Services (ECOS) provides a wide range of services to humanitarian entrants including emergency accommodation, disability services and youth services. ECOS supports refugees and people with CALD backgrounds by providing them with practical training and information to lift the participation rate in the Australian workforce. The project works with communities and business owners to share information and build inclusive workplaces.
