Digital Dialogue: Empowering children through digital conversation

This grant will support communication for children with mild to severe brain injuries enabling children to talk to each other using assisted communication devices.

Friends of Brain Injured Children (FBIC) was established in 1988 and continues as a small, not-for-profit organisation supporting families with a child who has suffered a brain injury resulting in disability.

They provide parents with emotional support and information, through seminars and workshops, networking opportunities, provision of funding to access therapies, and opportunities to interact with other families with shared experiences.
