New equipment supports local ginger beer brewery expansion

This grant will fund the expansion of a local ginger beer brewery to increase their productivity and employ local tradesmen.

The idea for Henry's Ginger Beer originated from the husband's memory of the delicious ginger beer his mother used to make. After searching through old notebooks, the couple found a rough recipe and spent six months developing the recipe into a commercial product. Their aim is to create something uniquely Tasmanian and synonymous with their small town, Penguin.
