Boating community awareness: What to do in an Emergency on water

This grant will support production of "What to do in an Emergency on Water" information resources which promote safety on the water awareness to the boating public.


Volunteer Marine Rescue Kingborough is a volunteer marine rescue emergency service covering the waterways from Hobart to Southport, in Tasmania.

As well as a rescue services on the water, they provide public education and safety programs and produce educational support materials for the boating public with the aim of promoting awareness of disasters at sea and reducing the effect of such disasters and emergencies in the area.
